In relation to tenancy deposit schemes though, we can offer the following services in return for an annual subscription of £70.00 per annum private landlords, £120.00 letting agents.
We supply a specially produced assured shorthold tenancy agreement, designed by landlords for landlords. Each tenancy agreement contains the necessary clauses as required by each scheme and most importantly includes a section 213 notice (deposit information certificate) which contains all the information you need to provide the tenant. All our forms are downloadable in PDF format.
We also supply a downloadable DIY inventory template.
We can assist with all the legal aspects of tenancy deposit legislation. I challenge any other association to be as comprehensive and up to date as we are on current case law and legislation.
