Tenancy Agreement Clause?
Must I put a clause in my tenancy agreement?
This is discussed in greater detail under the headings of each scheme (available on the links to the left). However, it is the Guilds view that all three schemes require a clause inserted into the tenancy agreement.
Each scheme will require a different clause.
It is not that The Housing (Tenancy Deposits) (Prescribed Information) Order 2007 requires this, because it doesn't. It is because the "initial requirements" of each scheme require a clause each in different ways.
